What are delivery charges from online shop ?

We do free worldwide shipping excluding countries.
Puerto Rico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Slovenia, Israel.

What payment method you accept ?

We accept the following payment options:

Visa – Visa Debit – Mastercard – PayPal – Stripe

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

How long does it takes the delivery ?

It will take 10-12 days in processing, production and shipping back to customer address in total. 
Custom orders may take more time and that will be updated to customers.

Do i need to register at LeatherSeven to make a purchase ?

You can buy any product by signing in as guest but to help us assist you better in the future, please register as a customer on our website. Simply access “Account Registration” on the “My Account” page.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses ?

No, we do not ship to PO Box and APO address. We only use courier with tracking and signed delivery only such as DHL, DPEX and it must be a physical address.

Do you have a size exchange policy ?

Yes, we do offer size exchange for customers within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge any restocking and handling fee on the exchange but returning the item is customer responsibility. Item received must be in original unused condition. Custom orders are not refundable nor exchangeable. 

Do you deal with wholesales ?

Yes we do. You need to purchase 5 items minimum to get the wholesale rate.

Do you allow pickups at your location ?

No, we don’t offer pickups.

I am international customer. Do I have to pay customs taxes or duties ?

Yes, you are responsible for your country specific customs tax or duties and we don’t know how much they will be. Our shipping charges do not include country specific customs taxes or duties. However we will mark the item as gift, so that you may avoid taxes.

What currencies do you accept ?

We accept payment in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros.

Is Ordering at LeatherSeven secure ?

Of course! We ensure to protect our customers from identity theft, our website is Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certified, utilising 256 bit encryption.

Where did you get your leathers ?

Our leather is an agricultural by-product. We purchase the hides and transform them into beautiful leather apparel and accessories.

I want a product not listed on your site or I have my own design and want to fully customized item. what do i need to do ?

Please contact us with details of product you want to get stitched, we can stitch any style of jacket in any 24 colours we have in stock. We just require 3, to 4 images of product from different angles.
